At Human First Group, I believe that companies grow when people are valued, systems are clear, and leadership is intentional. I’m Tanesha Williams, and my journey in HR and leadership has been anything but ordinary.

With over 10 years of experience building HR systems from the ground up, I’ve helped companies—from startups to service-based businesses—create structure that empowers teams and drives growth. I’ve led projects implementing full HR systems, migrating platforms and built operational processes that make businesses run smoothly.

But my work goes beyond policies and systems. I’m passionate about people first-helping leaders and teams unlock their potential, improve communication, and build trust. As an ordained minister and life coach, I’ve guided individuals and teams through challenges that touch both professional and personal growth.

My mission with Human First Group is simple: to combine practical HR expertise with a people-centered approach, helping businesses thrive while creating workplaces where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered.
